This process also ensures a much more transparent and fair relationship for coffee producers at origin compared to the commercial industry.
The directory is updated when we try new specialty coffee shops in Barcelona and decide whether to include them if we think it fits. There’s no fixed update schedule. We also update it when we spot errors or receive suggestions about changes or new coffee shops.
